CEO, CREATE–Research

Amin Rajan is the founder CEO of CREATE–Research, a UK based think tank that specialises in future trends in global fund management. It works with prominent partners to publish much acclaimed annual reports on prospective challenges and potential responses in the industry.

He is the author of 21 widely quoted research reports on different aspects of fund business. These are at: www.create-research.co.uk. He has contributed long series of feature articles to Financial Times, Sunday Times, Global Investor, Financial News and IPE.

Amin also offers strategic advisory and coaching services to CEOs and CIOs in numerous global fund houses on both sides of the Atlantic, as they grapple with unfolding industry dynamics.

Amin has presented the results of his work at over 100 major events in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific in the last five years.

He is a visiting professor at the Centre for Leadership Studies at Exeter University and until recently a fellow at Oxford University’s Said Business School.
