Yuri Bender

Editor-in-Chief, Professional Wealth Management (PWM), Financial Times

Yuri Bender works at the FT’s Specialist magazines division as editor-in-chief of Professional Wealth Management, focusing on mega trends, digital transformation and evolving business models in asset and wealth management. He has written for the FT newspaper from Ukraine, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.

Yuri studied Investment Management at the London Business School and is currently a PhD candidate at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies at UCL, researching trade relationships between Ukraine, Russia and China. His Masters’ thesis at Cambridge University analysed conflict in eastern Ukraine.
