General Manager, Board Member, Member of the Executive Committee, Azimut Holding Spa

Paola Antonella Mungo is the General Manager as well as an executive Board Member and Executive Committee Member of Azimut Holding SpA, independent company listed on Milan Stock Exchange (member of FTSE – Mib and Euro STOXX 600 indexes), holding company of Azimut Group, present in 14 countries.

Mrs. Mungo is also board member of the following subsidiaries companies: Azimut Capital Management SGR SpA, AZ Fund Management SA, Azimut Consulenza SIM SpA, AZ Life Ltd, AZ International Holdings S.A., Azimut Global Counseling S.r.l., Azimut Enterprise Holding S.r.l, CGM SIM S.p.A, Augustum Opus SIM S.p.A., Futurimpresa SGR S.p.A.

She is a keynote speaker at several round-table discussions, national and international conferences and at highly specialized advanced graduate training courses (Universities: Bocconi, La Sapienza, Politecnico di Milano and Bicocca).

She has been responsible for various Azimut strategic projects (IPOs, Start Ups, Partnerships and JVs both in Italy and abroad). She has also business relations with most Financial Regulatory Authorities.

Paola joined Azimut Holding SpA in December 2000, soon becoming the head of the Product and Special Project Department, with growing responsibilities for special projects within the Azimut Group. In April 2007 she was appointed General Manager of Azimut Holding SpA.

After graduating, she carried out her lawyer apprenticeship at a famous legal firm in Milan, before joining the legal department of the financial insurance group Zurich Financial Services.

Paola holds a first-class honors degree in Law from Milan University.
