Natalie is the Global Lead of Custody, Tax and Regulatory Products at Northern Trust, where she leads a team of specialists responsible for evolving core product offerings. Her remit focuses on driving efficiency and scalability through technology innovation, optimising traditional custody and tax platforms, and ensuring solutions remain forward-looking in a digitally interconnected environment.

Her team also assesses the impact of emerging regulations on the company’s asset servicing and markets, delivering solutions that support clients in meeting regulatory requirements.

She brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, having held strategy, product, and advocacy roles at Deloitte and BNY Mellon. Her insights have been featured in publications including the Financial Times and Bloomberg.

Natalie began her career in law, training as a barrister and later qualifying as a UK solicitor.
