Managing Director of Fullgoal Asset Management (HK) Ltd

Michael is the Managing Director, Head of International Business and Board Member of Fullgoal Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd. He has over 20 years of asset management experience focusing on sales and marketing, business development and office management in the Asian region.

His role at Fullgoal Fullgoal Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd includes the followings:

• Responsible for the strategic planning and business development for all the offshore business which include QFII, RQFII and non RQFII related fund projects
• In charge of all the sales, marketing and investor relationship for fund related business.
• Responsible for developing new business relationship with key intermediaries and institutional clients on a global basis ex China.

He is Responsible Officer for Fullgoal Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd (Type 1, 4 and type 9 Regulated Activity)

Before Fullgoal, Michael is the Executive Director of the Investment Management Group and is the Head of Fund Services responsible for fund related business. Prior to CICC, he was a Director and Responsible Officer of MCL Assets Limited and was instrumental in building up its asset management business platform. Before that, he was with American Express Bank Limited as the Director and General Manager for American Express Funds in Asia where he was in charge of the overall funds business. He was a Regional Vice President for MFS International Limited for fund wholesaling and institutional business in Asia. Michael started his asset management career with Jardine Fleming Unit Trusts Limited where he served as an Assistant Director overseeing the retail funds distribution in Hong Kong.

Michael holds a bachelor degree in business administration (Hons) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

He is fluent in English and Chinese/Mandarin (both written and spoken).
