Matthew Knight

Managing Director, Private Wealth, Brookfield Asset Management

Matthew Knight is a Managing Director for Brookfield’s Private Wealth Group, leading the strategy and team responsible for developing client relationships throughout the U.K., Ireland, the Middle East and Northern European.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2025, he was a managing director within the global wealth management division at Wellington Management, where he led the firm’s private wealth distribution business in the U.K. and Ireland. Earlier in his career, he worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Loughborough University.
