Jocelyn Pidoux

Head of Asset Manager Solutions EMEA/Managing Director, iCapital

Jocelyn joined iCapital in 2021 and currently serves as Managing Director, Head of Asset Manager Solutions EMEA, based in Zurich. She is responsible for business development and client management activities with US and European asset managers and general partners across the EMEA region.

Previously, she served as Managing Director of International Product Development and Structuring, where she developed iCapital’s product offering and led the fund structuring team to facilitate investment from the global wealth channel into private market funds.

Before iCapital, Jocelyn built significant experience as a structurer and funds lawyer with global alternative asset managers. At Apollo Management, she was the firm’s sole Europe-based structuring specialist, developing its European fund structuring capability and structured transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.

Earlier, she was Counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in London, and prior to that, an associate at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in New York and London, specialising in private funds.

Jocelyn is admitted to the New York Bar and holds a Juris Doctor from NYU School of Law, a Master of Philosophy from Cambridge University, and a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University.
