Jérôme Mousny

Jérôme Mousny has more than 16 years of experience in Luxembourg, including 12 years with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”). He started in the UCITS authorization and supervision department of the CSSF and was co-head of a division within the UCITS department.
For the past few years, Jérôme has been focusing on the supervision of Investment Fund Managers (hereinafter "IFMs"). Jérôme’s current roles within the IFMs department include coordinating the ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) common supervisory action on the supervision of costs and fees of UCITS.
Jérôme was responsible for coordinating the full analysis report for ESMA and for representing the CSSF at the various international meetings on the subject.
Jérôme is now in direct contact with IFMs, lawyers and the European authorities to ensure the follow-up and the various publications and conclusions of this CSA exercise on costs and fees.
Prior to joining the CSSF, Jérôme was audit senior specialized in alternative investment structures in a “Big 4” company in Luxembourg.
Jérôme graduated from HEC-ULg Business School in Liège (Belgium).
