Former Head of UK and Europe Multi-Asset Product & Manager Solutions, Schroders

Most recently Henriette was the Head of UK and Europe Product & Manager Solutions within Schroders’ USD 100bn+ Multi-Asset Investments and Portfolio Solutions business. In this role she was responsible for multi-asset client portfolio management, product management, positioning of MAPS’ outcome-oriented product line-up and strategy. She also led manager selection and GAIA, Schroders’ Global Alternative Investor Access platform of external hedge fund strategies. Before joining Schroders in 2014, she spent seven years at Morgan Stanley as the Head of Manager Selection Strategies, Private Wealth Management, which provided advisory and discretionary investment solutions in the long only and UCITS space to private clients in EMEA, LatAm and Asia. From 2012, she also was the Head of Sales for London based investment advisors. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2007, Henriette spent nine years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), where she was the Co-Head of GSAM's Global Manager Strategies team for European and Asian institutional (Fiduciary Management) and private clients. She also built GSAM's institutional business in Switzerland and worked with institutional clients across Europe. Henriette originally started her career at BCEE in Luxembourg. She has a MBA from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, a Masters in Economics from the College of Europe and a ‘Licence en Sciences Economiques’ from the Université Catholique de Louvain.
