Benjamin joined Deloitte as part of the  Investment Management Services team. His expertise includes mutual funds cross-border distribution through independent financial advisors as well as banking and transfer agency systems and operations set-up.

Before joining Deloitte, Benjamin served as management consultant with McKinsey and Company Inc., Luxembourg and as director for the Luxembourg-based mutual funds distribution company Moventum. His responsibilities included the original set-up of the company and its operations as well as setting up a system for the distribution of third party mutual funds through an international network of independent financial advisors.

Benjamin has led different business and regulatory strategy projects, lean operational process reviews, target operating model definition, operational tax processes design and outsourcing, technical platform definition and software selection for Banks, Vanilla and alternative assets service providers. For asset managers, Benjamin has led multiple RFP and due diligence reviews for the selection of fund administration, transfer agency, custody and middle office services in Europe as well as working out strategy definitions for business growth and product management. Benjamin also conducted due diligence reviews (operational, business, HR and financial aspects) for M&A transactions and outsourcing projects.
