European Head of Legal and Compliance

Andy Lewis joined Vanguard in 2010 and is Head of Vanguard’s European Legal and Compliance team, based in Vanguard's London office. 

Mr. Lewis qualified as a solicitor in 1996, and has almost 20 years of experience as a legal adviser in the investment management sector (formerly working in Clifford Chance's Financial Services team and as counsel at Capital International Limited).  He has a degree in English from Bristol University, United Kingdom.
