Alan Miller co-founded SCM Direct in June 2009, the pioneering online ETF investment manager that offers clients from £15,000 low cost, efficient access to high-end fund management with award winning performance.

Mr Miller was co-founder and CIO of New Star Asset Management from 2001-2007; and prior to New Star, he headed the High-Performance Team at Jupiter, where he launched the first UK Long/ Short equities hedge fund which compounded at 17.2% p.a. over 9.5 years. He is a non-executive director of Tissue Regenix Plc, a regenerative medical device company, and is a qualified accountant; as well as alumni of the London Business School.
