Adrian Mulryan

Chief Executive Officer, Invesco Ireland

Adrian Mulryan is Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Ireland, Invesco EMEA Regional Offices Engagement Lead, and a member of the Council of Irish Funds. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Invesco business in Ireland, serves as a board member of the Invesco Luxembourg ManCo, and works to deliver a consistent and coherent governance and oversight framework across Invesco’s EMEA regulated fund management companies and associated product.

He is a qualified solicitor and former partner and Head of Financial Services at a leading Irish law firm. Between 2008 and 2015, he was a founding employee and General Counsel for Source ETFs, where he was responsible for all legal matters relating to product launches, European distribution, product maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

Earlier in his career, he spent around 15 years working in the financial services sector in London, initially in structured finance at Allen & Overy LLP, before joining ABN AMRO Bank and later RBS as Director and Head of Retail Issuance (Legal). Following his time at Source, Adrian was a Partner at Arthur Cox.
